Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the beauty products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
